Review Workshop
During the workshop, components of the PSC are reviewed to ensure that outputs are an appropriate reflection of the inputs and assumptions. The workshop should review:
∙ the key PSC assumptions for reasonableness;
∙ whether the PSC inputs match technical or risk sub-model outputs;
∙ whether the PSC outputs are logical and consistent with input data and assumptions; and
∙ whether the model assumptions and components are consistent with Partnerships Victoria policy.
The workshop would either confirm the PSC is acceptable or recommend that further work be conducted on the PSC. The outcome of the workshop is to be recorded in a set of minutes with recommendations for acceptance or changes and reported to the Project Director and Steering Committee, and copied to DTF.
The Procuring Agency should ensure that where an external adviser has been engaged to develop the PSC, the adviser is also responsible for amending the PSC if the QA Review requires further work, at no additional cost - that is, the PSC must be fit for purpose.
