Timing of the Review

Throughout the procurement phase, the PSC may have a number of stages. The QA Review should be conducted prior to government approval of the PSC, which must be before the Request for Proposal is released to bidders. Therefore it is recommended that the QA Review be undertaken at the same time as the Gate 3 Readiness for Service Gateway Review.

If there are material changes to the PSC (+/- 20%) at any stage in the project, it may also be appropriate to conduct a further PSC QA Review.
