Pawanee Bumrungsri graduated with Master Degree of Economic from Thammasat University. I am an Economist and work for Public Debt Management Office. Pawanee is responsible for making investment financing plan for railways sector energy sector and communication sector. She recommends sources of funding for public investment projects to cabinet approval. Her duties related to PPP work are to support private sector participation in railways investment in terms of high speed train and rolling stock. This work is important for Thailand because Thailand needs to invest in basic infrastructure in order to support economic growth.
