Talal Naeem

Talal is working at Infrastructure Project Development Facility (IPDF), which is an Advisory facility under the aegis of Ministry of Finance for facilitation of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) projects in Pakistan. His main task is to assist in sell side advisory for the public sector organizations. He has worked on diverse projects ranging from social sector projects such as health care and education to more commercial projects like real estate and industrial production.

Prior to his current assignment he was working for a boutique financial and strategy consulting firm. He worked there as a consultant and was instrumental in successfully delivering financial feasibility studies across a range of projects. He has also worked as a research analyst at Askari Investment Management (AIM), an USD 250 million asset management company, in Pakistan. He has also worked for Pakistan Credit Rating Agency (PACRA), which is the biggest credit rating Agency of Pakistan and was associated with Fitch Ratings during its earlier years. He is a CFA Level 3 Candidate. Talal earned his BSc (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance in 2006 from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) a top-rated business school of Pakistan.
