Erika Nassar joined the public service career of Planning and Budget Specialist, in 2000, and she has been working in the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management ever since. In 2004, she had an active role in the process of elaboration and approval of the PPP Brazilian Federal Act and also in the Brazilian PPP institutional framework.
Erika has been working with Multilateral Agencies to establish technical cooperation in order to develop the Brazilian PPP Program since 2002 and currently she is directly involved in the coordination of a grant from IADB - Inter-American Development Bank in order to structure PPP Projects.
Erika has a Bachelor's degree in Law and in International Relations and a Post graduation in Law and in International Relations and a Post graduation in Tributary Law and Public Finance.
