The aim of the Professional Placement program is to provide an opportunity for the Fellows to gain experience in an Australian institution that will contribute to their personal development in terms of enhancing their understanding of Australian approaches to the philosophy underpinning PPP development and implementation.
Also, as part of the placement we would ask that placement organisation seeks to benefit from the Fellows work in their country, so that there is a genuine exchange of experiences and professional approaches to PPP.
Key activities to be undertaken during the Professional Placement
1. Where appropriate observe policy analysis and decision making processes.
2. Gaining an understanding of judging the success or otherwise of PPP's in national development.
3. Undertake an agreed case study that would form a presentation at the Roundtable Discussion.
4. Measures that could lead to cooperation on PPP's between the Host Organisation and Fellow's organisation.
