Jackie has experience in the not-for-profit, government and commercial sectors, with 12 years experience in the UK electricity industry, 4 years in the UK gas industry, 1 year in the Not for Profit sector in Energy Efficiency and 7 years in the Victorian Public sector. She has significant experience in commercial negotiation and contract management, and concession agreements, covering construction, operations, maintenance and financing under the Public Private Partnerships (PPP) model.
Jackie has also designed and introduced risk management frameworks at programme, departmental and Board levels and performance management systems for both financial and operational key performance indicators. She has major program & project delivery expertise, having being responsible for the delivery of a $146 million PPP project through the 18 month construction period and achievement of the closure of a Statutory Authority. Jackie has a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in Chemistry from the University of Melbourne, and has undertaken the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG) Executive Fellows Program.
