Ryszard (Ryk) Bliszczyk

With over 18 years experience as a strategy consultant, including positions with 3 of the world's premier consulting firms and building his own successful consulting business, Ryk has spent most of his professional career advising companies around the globe. He has brought his many years of strategy and business experience together, with his unique insights into human behaviour previously gained as a clinical neuropsychologist, to support corporate leaders in leadership development. Ryk is a registered Psychologist in Australia. He currently holds a position as Adjunct Professor in the Graduate School of Business and Law at RMIT University in Melbourne, lecturing in Economics and Strategy.

He is co-founder of the Brainwave Network, which applies neuroscience to the workplace for leadership development and performance. He has a keen interest in sport leadership and has recently co-written a book soon to be published on the topic. He is also psychological consultant to Melbourne Heart Football Club. He is also completing a PhD in behavioural economics studying the effects of group identity on economic decision making.
