Michael commenced with the Melbourne office of Ernst & Young in 1995. Michael has extensive corporate finance experience and has undertaken fund raising, restructuring, valuation, transaction support and M&A engagements. Michael undertook a three year secondment to our New York office where he specialised in funding of highly leveraged corporate entities primarily in the transport sector.
Since returning from New York in 2005 Michael has primarily focussed on providing infrastructure advice to Government and has worked extensively with a number of State and Federal Government Departments and Agencies.
Professional qualifications include:

► Bachelor of Commerce
► Series 7 and 63 license examinations for National Association of Securities Dealers (USA)
► Examinations for Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (USA)
