Mr Lliam Findlay is currently and Executive Officer within the APEC Branch of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Prior to this Lliam worked for the Australian Treasury from 2006-2011 in a range of positions. These included responsibilities for: the regional economic architecture (APEC, EAS, ASEM); forecasting, monitoring and reporting on the Indian Economy as well as managing Treasury's bilateral relationship with India; and working on the microeconomic aspects of higher education policy.
Lliam has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Newcastle, with majors in politics and economics and is currently completing a Master of Diplomacy and Trade at Monash University.
