Liam Foulkes is an Associate Director in PwC's Infrastructure Advisory practice, having joined the group 2007 after 5 years with PwC in the UK. Liam provides financial and commercial advice to Government and private sector clients on the delivery of large scale infrastructure projects. Liam has extensive experience in developing complex financial models and leading financial analysis. He also leads the firms' internal training program - Enhancing your Commercial and Project Finance advisory skills and various project finance financial modeling.
Most recently, Liam led PwC's financial advisory teams, including financial modeling, on the Port of Melbourne third terminal expansions project, the Peninsula Link PPP project and the Victorian Desalination Project. He has also developed various bid side financial models. Liam is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds Bachelor of Economics and Mathematics (Leeds University).
