Tony Lubofsky is the Project Director responsible for the $1 billion Royal Children's Hospital project in Melbourne, which is being procured as public private partnership and is due for completion later this year.
Tony was also the Project Director for the $300m Royal Women's Hospital redevelopment, which was completed in June 2008, the $100m Casey Hospital Project and the recently completed $250m Partnerships Victoria in Schools project.
Prior to taking on these roles, Tony spent eight years as a Director with KPMG Corporate Finance in Melbourne, which was preceded by a number of years practising commercial law. Tony is one of the foremost exponents of PPP procurement in Australia, particularly in relation to social infrastructure. Although his background is strongly commercial, he has become a passionate advocate for achieving outstanding design outcomes, incorporating great architecture, evidenced based design principals and environmental sustainability.
