Kate is currently a member of the Partnerships Victoria group, and is responsible for a number of policy initiatives and project management tasks related to the delivery of Public Private Partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects. Kate was part of the team that played a lead role in the development of the National PPP Policy and Guidelines in 2009 and continues to play a key role in inter-jurisdictional meetings and negotiations in the PPP policy area.
Kate has worked in the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance since 2001 on a range of PPP projects and policy initiatives. Prior to this time, she worked for the Commonwealth Department of Finance for five years, primarily in the Office of Asset Sales Taskforce (1996-2001). Kate graduated from University of Melbourne in 1995 with a Bachelor of Planning and Design (Hons).
