David Warren

David is an experienced advisor to Government clients. He has been advising the Governments for 15 years. David has particular strengths in his understanding of the interface between Government and the private sector and what is required to ensure projects are commercially feasible. Notably projects which David has advised Government include the recently closed Gold Coast Rapid Transit Project, the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre Car Parking Project, the Victorian Desalination Project and the NZ Government on the development of the PPP program. David holds an LLB (Hons) and a BSc and LLM from the University of Melbourne.
