Evaluation of PPP Projects Financed by the EIB 

The EIB has an obligation of confidentiality in relation to the Providers, Promoters,  Commercial  Lenders,  PPP  policy  units  and  other  persons involved in the projects referred to in this report. Neither the EIB nor the consultants employed on these studies will disclose to a third party any information that might result in breach of that obligation, and the EIB and the consultants will neither assume any obligation to disclose any further information nor seek consent from relevant sources to do so.
