THE FOLLOWING SIX YEARS

- $3.3 billion over 10 years will be spent to reshape public housing. This will include a program of acquisitions, disposals and asset upgrades to deliver better quality housing, in more appropriate locations, and with a greater focus on the elderly and disabled.

- The Maintenance Reform Program will properly plan maintenance over the lifecycle of the building meaning it is less expensive, and providing better building condition over a period of ten years.
