3.29 The three PPP projects39 were referred to the Committee to gain Parliamentary approval40 prior to the commencement of the works. The projects were well over the threshold amount in the Act at the time of referral. There is no evidence of non adherence to the relevant requirements in the Act for project referral to the Committee for the three PPP projects included in the ANAO's sample.
