Watercraft system acquisition to be used in conjunction with the Phase 4A/4B LHD Mission System. These watercraft will be the ship to shore connector for the LHDs.

Landing Craft Heavy Replacement capable of small scale independent operations and augmenting larger amphibious and sealift ships.
