Explanation

Base date dollars have not been provided for this project. As the prime systems integrator, the Commonwealth is undertaking a strategy of incremental contracting of work packages as they are defined. This results in varying base dates for over 30 separate work packages contracted. As a result expressing real price increases/decreases at a total prime contract level in base date dollars is not feasible.
