Delay in achieving FOC due to outstanding defects that must be achieved to satisfy Navy Operational Release requirements. Operational Release of the first vessel is planned for the end of 2009. FOC (i.e. all ACPBs having achieved Operational Release) is planned for December 2011. No impact on operations - all ACPBs meeting operational requirements.
