Variance Explanations

LLC Critical Design Review with a variance between the originally planned and achieved date is due to a change in specification by the Commonwealth.

There is no baseline established for MHC at this stage. The schedule will be negotiated from tenderers responses to the amended Stage 2 RFT. The RFT seeks a traditional engineering process, moving through the gates of Preliminary, Detailed and Critical Design Reviews. The duration and number of these reviews will be determined by the level of MOTS by the offered solutions. A schedule baseline will be established once contract negotiations have been conducted.
