Variance Explanations

Test Readiness Reviews with a variance between the originally planned and achieved/forecast date is due to changes in system specifications by the Commonwealth.

There is no baseline established for MHC at this stage. The schedule will be negotiated from tenderers responses to the amended Stage 2 RFT. The duration and number of test and evaluation reviews will be determined by the level of MOTS compatability in the offered solutions. A schedule baseline will be established once contract negotiations have been conducted.
