Model Paragraphs 

In this model document, model paragraphs are provided (Paragraphs 4 to 13) for:

•  Agreeing the principles of joint working;

•  Sharing of information;

•  Agreement of shared objectives;

•  Recognition of the Waste Disposal Authority"s intention to procure a long-term residual waste treatment contract;

•  Establishing a member-level advisory body; and

•  Establishing an officer-level support group.

Authorities may wish to consider which provisions are relevant to their circumstances, and so which of the above paragraphs to include in their particular MoU.
