The Joint Waste Partnership shall consider and approve a business plan with an annual action plan with SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-limited) targets with named lead Partner/Officer responsibilities for delivery, for recommendation to each of the Partners, and shall periodically update that Business Plan.
