15.1 The arrangements set out in this MoU will remain in operation until varied or cancelled by agreement of all the Partners.
15.2 This MoU may be reviewed from time to time by agreement with all of the Partners at a meeting of the Joint Waste Partnership.
15.3 Any Partner may withdraw from the Joint Waste Partnership by giving not less than three months notice in writing but not before such a proposal has been considered by the Joint Waste Partnership and the withdrawal shall not take effect until the following 31st March.

8 Authorities will need to consider whether the MoU will be substituted in its entirety by the SLA or preserved to assist interpretation of the SLA. Certain provisions of the MoU may also need to be varied (for example, Clause 15, Clause 3.3 etc).
