16.1 Subject to Clause 16.2 below, the Partners shall keep confidential any information of a commercially sensitive nature obtained by reason of this MoU. Each Partner shall be responsible for informing the Joint Waste Partnership and/or the OSG that information which it supplies is so sensitive.
16.2 Each of the Partners agrees to comply in a timely manner with all reasonable requests for information from other Partners in connection with the discharge by any Partner of its waste collection and/or disposal function ("Statutory Function") where the exercise of such function impacts upon the exercise of the Statutory Function of the requesting Partner.
