30. The Conference elected H.E. Mr. Chang Byoung Wan (Republic of Korea) Chairperson.
31. Following past practice, the Conference decided to elect as Vice-Chairpersons all heads of delegations with ministerial or an equivalent rank. Mr. Aidar Jundybayev (Kazakshtan) was elected Rapporteur.
