The Water and Sanitation Program (WSP) is an international partnership to help the poor gain access to improved water supply and sanitation services. WSP has carried out a large number of studies on independent service providers and large-scale providers, focusing on the impacts of different types of service provision on the poor. They are currently producing guidelines for pro-poor transactions. The website contains a large number of publications available online or on request. WSP can be contacted through the headquarters or regional offices.
