No Other Business

This clause will need to be drafted as appropriate to provide for any other activities of the project company. Where a SPV has been incorporated to receive the benefits of the concession and to operate the project, a clause as provided in the example is usually appropriate.

The Concessionaire shall not engage in any business or activity other than the business or related to, and conducted for, the purpose of the Project Operations.
