Permits

The parties need to agree on the party responsible for procuring permits such as planning approval.

Alternative 1

Concessionaire shall be responsible for:

(a) obtaining all Consents which may be required for the performance of the Project Operations; and

(b) implementing each Consent within the period of its validity in accordance with its terms.

Approvals and consents may extend to more than the rights in relation to land.

Alternative 2

The Authority has in respect of Project, procured the Applicable Permits listed in Schedule [ref]. The Concessionaire shall be responsible and shall obtain all other Applicable Permits in such sequence as is consistent with the Project Requirements.
