Supervening events

There may be circumstances in which the Concessionaire should be fairly relieved from liability for failure to commence or provide the infrastructure service in accordance to the concession agreement.  These circumstances are often divided into one of three categories:

(a)  delay events;

(b)  relief events; and

(c)  force majeure.
