Public relations and publicity

The Concessionaire shall not by itself, its employees or agents and procure that its Sub-Contractors shall not communicate with representatives of the press, television, radio or other communications media on any matter concerning the Contract without the prior written approval of the Authority.

No facilities to photograph or film in or upon any property used in relation to the Project shall be given or permitted by the Concessionaire unless the Authority has given its prior written approval.
