Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership or as a contract of employment between the Authority and Concessionaire.

Save as expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, Concessionaire shall not be, or be deemed to be, an agent of the Authority and Concessionaire shall not hold itself out as having authority or power to bind the Authority in any way.

Without limitation to its actual knowledge, Concessionaire shall for all purposes of this Agreement, be deemed to have such knowledge in respect of the Project as is held (or ought reasonably to be held) by any Concessionaire Party.
