A recommended procurement method will be identified and approved as part of the Business Case process. It is essential to give early consideration to the procurement strategy in order that maximum benefit can be obtained from the PSCP appointment where Frameworks Scotland is being used. Following receipt of the tender information, an Investment Decision will take place and the management of the construction process commences.
