Strategic Programme and Project Organisation structures, roles and responsibilities are covered in the Programme and Project Organisation Section of SCIM. This section of Management of Construction Projects further outlines key deliverables expected to be managed following approval of the Full Business Case and identifies the specific officers these tasks are normally allocated to.
The detailed roles and responsibilities of the key individuals are available in the Scottish Government Construction Procurement Manual.
