A review must be undertaken at the completion of the construction project and prior to its handover and incorporation into core business.
The primary objective of review is to ensure that:
• The finished project meets the strategic and technical requirements of the Full Business Case
• The finished project has been completed in accordance with the contract
• All necessary handover procedures and documentation are in place
• Sound arrangements have been made for a smooth handover between the Construction Project Team and the Facilities Management Team
