6.8. After completing the benchmarking and/or market testing exercise, it is important to document the process and capture the lessons to be applied when the exercise is undertaken next. With a 5 to 7 year gap between exercises, it is probable that different people will be responsible for managing the process.
The parties should document: • the benchmarking/market testing processes • the outcome • what worked well • the problems encountered • recommendations to improve the process |
