On the issue of Step-In Notice pursuant to the Funders Direct Agreement, the Appointed Representative (as defined in the Funders Direct Agreement) shall assume jointly with Project Co the rights of Project Co under this Licence and thereafter, until the end of the Step-In Period the Licensor shall deal with the Appointed Representative and not Project Co.
