This Licence shall be interpreted in accordance with the Law of Scotland and any dispute, difference or question of any kind which may arise between the parties shall be determined in accordance with the Law of Scotland and the procedure set out in Part 26 of the Schedule to the Project Agreement as if the same were set out in this Licence, with references to the Board therein being treated as references to the Licensor.
