We refer to the Project and the project agreement (the "Project Agreement") to be entered into between [insert ProjectCo details] ("ProjectCo") and the Board. We note that pursuant to the Project Agreement, the Board obliged to procure the grant of a licence over the site required for the Project (the "Site") . We are the heritable proprietor of the Site and as such have agreed to grant a licence in favour of ProjectCo over the Site.
We hereby authorise the [Chief Executive, Director of Finance and/or Director of Planning and Community Care] of the Board to execute on our behalf:-
1. A licence in favour ProjectCo in the form attached to this letter subject to such minor amendments as the Board shall consider appropriate in the circumstances; and
2. Any related documentation required to give full effect to the licence referred to in 1 above.
