41 This Part 14 of the Schedule comprises three sections, the Board's Service Level Specifications setting out its service requirements (which will have formed part of the tender documentation), the Method Statements, Project Co's statement of the methods it will use to satisfy those requirements (which will have been developed from the terms of Project Co's bid) and the Services Quality Plan. Boards should refer to the NHS Executive Guidance on the preparation of their Service Level Specifications (and requirements for development of Method Statements) at an early stage of the procurement process.
