The Independent Tester shall perform the role of Independent Tester as referred to in Clauses 20, 22 and 23 (including complying with any time limits specified in such Clauses) and Schedule Parts 8, 9, 10, 12 and 22 of the Project Agreement54, by providing the following scope of Services:
