6.1 Project Co shall measure the amount of Energy Consumption in accordance with Clauses 17.3 of this Agreement in respect of each Contract Month following [the Phase 1 Actual Completion Date]112 and ending on the expiry or earlier termination of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, for the purposes of this Part 18 of the Schedule (Payment Mechanism), all Energy Consumption will be measured and taken into account in all calculations under this Part 18 of the Schedule (including any Energy Consumption which is excluded under Section 7 of Part 8 of the Schedule (Thermal and Energy Efficiency Testing Procedure) for the purposes of calculating the Construction Energy Target) unless expressly stated otherwise in this Part 18 of the Schedule (Payment Mechanism).
6.2 Project Co shall provide to the Board a summary of Energy Consumption in respect of each type of Energy, together with information regarding adjustment for Degree Days at the end of each quarter. The first such quarter shall begin on the first day of the Initial Period.
