Subject to receiving the Variation Confirmation issued in accordance with the terms of this Part 22 of the Schedule and to any Consent which must be obtained or modified being so obtained or modified and subject to the other provisions of this Part 22 of the Schedule, Project Co shall be under a duty to implement a Variation. Project Co will not be entitled to any payment or compensation for or in respect of a Variation save as provided in accordance with this Part 22 of the Schedule.
