As part of networking efforts, especially at the South-South cooperation level, Bangladesh was invited on study tours to the Republic of Korea and the Philippines. A study visit for five senior government officials from Bangladesh was arranged by the Infrastructure Investment Facilitation Centre (IIFC) of Bangladesh and hosted by the Republic of Korea. A similar study training programme was organized in 2009 for Bangladesh officials by IIFC and hosted by the BOT Center in the Philippines.
