• Representatives from Nepalese financial institutions trained in project financing and portfolio management through the India PPP Capacity Building Trust of the Infrastructure Development Finance Company Limited ("IDFC").
• Government engineers (MPPW, MLD) and municipal engineers from partner municipalities trained in project development, project assessment in order to develop their capacity in developing viable PPP projects through IDFC.
• Private service providers, small entrepreneurs and others trained in project proposal writing and business plan preparation to lead to better project formulation and inclusion of pro-poor aspects, etc., during the project formulation stage.
• Engineers from government ministries and departments (Ministry of Physical Planning and Works, MoLD, DUDBC and others) were trained in project development and management (Training provider - Infrastructure Development Finance Company Limited, India).
• Engineers and other staff involved in procurement received training in international procurement (Training provider - Infrastructure Development Finance Company Limited India).
• Engineers and architects of private consultancy firms and public sector engineers from central government ministries and municipalities received training in PPP and PPP project development through the India PPP Capacity Building Trust of the Infrastructure Development Finance Company Limited ("IDFC").
