Papua New Guinea's PPP process consists of four (4) stages, namely, development, procurement, implementation and contract termination. The PPP Centre will play an important role throughout the PPP process, especially, during the development and procurement stages. The centre will also determine which projects should be offered to the market as a PPP and that the awarded counterpart private sector should provide the best value for money.
