The Philippine BOT Center reviewed its institutional mandate and proposed to recast its direction from BOT into PPPs. It proposed an inter-agency PPP Committee composed of the key agencies such as the Department of Finance (DOF) and the National and Economic Development Authority (NEDA), as well as the local government leagues.
