The PPP Unit has submitted a white paper on PPP development to the Department of Planning of the Ministry of Finance. That paper spelt out the global trends on PPP, the impediments identified for implementation of PPP's in Sri Lanka & the recommendations.
Procurement Guidelines are being revised but needs technical assistance to help the Unit handling this.
