74. Local Government (Contracts) Act 1997

74.1 [Sub-hubco/Project Co] hereby consents to the issue by the Authority of certificates23 under section 3 of the Local Government (Contracts) Act 1997 in respect of this Agreement and the Funders' Direct Agreement.

74.2 The relevant discharge terms within the meaning of section 6 of the Local Government (Contracts) Act 1997 are set out in Schedule Part 27 (Relevant Discharge Terms).
